Responsibilities
Oversee daily histology work flow and specimen preparation
Supervise embedding, sectioning, staining, and special procedures
Coordinate work flow to meet turnaround-time expectations
Monitor quality and troubleshoot technical issues
Collaborate with pathologists and laboratory staff
Qualifications
At least 5 years of histology experience
Active Florida license required
- CLS license required
ASCP certification preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
