• Seeking ongoing coverage starting ASAP
• Monday Friday
• Hours: 8:30a-4:30p
• Call is 4:30a-7a
- Outpatient Call will be shared, 4 weeks a year only
• 40 hours per week
- 32 Hours of seeing patient
- 8 Hours for charting
• Patient Load: Up to 24
• Primary Care, mostly adults
• Acute and chronic medical conditions, preventative care and patient education
• Evals, Physicals, and Follow Ups
• Solo coverage with an RN, MA and office staff
• Rural Setting
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have NY State License and DEA
• Must have minimum of years of experience in Primary Care
• EMR: EPIC
• Since the clinic is associated with Elizabeth Community Hospital, privileges are required
