Willow Oak Community Behavioral Health Center, Inc., located at 55 Jefferson Parkway Suite 55B, Newnan, GA 30263, is hiring an Intake Assessor (LCSW or LPC) for community-based intake services in and around Newnan, Georgia.
Position details:
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Community-based role; approximately 10 hours per week
- This position requires working in the office at our Newnan location at least one day per week.
- $60-$70 per hour
- Owns each new Medicaid/CMO client's first 3-4 days of care: completes all intake documents, conducts the verified diagnostic assessment, and provides the first therapy session
- Works with children, adolescents, and adults entering behavioral health services
Requirements:
- Active Georgia LCSW or LPC license (required)
- Experience with diagnostic assessments and Medicaid/CMO documentation preferred
- Must pass Georgia DBHDD background check and fingerprinting (at applicant's expense)
- Must obtain/maintain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (at applicant's expense)
