Job description

Schedule:

Mondays and Thursdays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Team Support

The client has a strong support structure available with experienced assistants and tenured site managers to help the Orthodontist be successful while on assignment.

Requirements

DMD or DDS from accredited dental schoolplus Orthodontist Certification
Active, unrestricted state dental license or in the process of obtaining a license upon graduation
Credentialing required: CPR/BLS certification, DEA certification, and NPI number
