DTS is looking for Peoplesoft (HCM/Financial) Developer for our direct client position in Detroit, MI. Must Have: Peoplesoft HCM and Financial modules development exp is a must. Be part of an agile, self-directed, multi-disciplinary team that includes managers, senior solution designers, software developers and IT professionals with business expertise. Provide and deliver technical solutions within large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Peoplesoft), supporting business process automation which achieves service delivery excellence and drives efficiencies. Peoplesoft HCM Knowledge and Integration: Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM operating systems, delivered application functionality, configurations and packaged application integration, focus on modules Absence Management, Time & labour as well as Benefit and payroll; Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and tools such as PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Data Mover. Provide technical expertise to deliver advanced and complex digital solutions in all phases of SDLC, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance in multi-platform environments.
