Parts Coordinator Parts Specialist The Parts Specialist provides responsive support throughout the order process by researching and identifying products, preparing accurate quotations, processing and tracking orders, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and communicating with customers regarding deliveries and issue resolution. Responsibilities: Manage spare parts requests from initial inquiry through shipment, including part identification, pricing, availability, quotations, order entry in SAP, and customer follow-up Research equipment records, serial numbers, bills of material, manuals, drawings, and order history to identify correct parts and maintain accurate records Coordinate with customers, engineers, purchasing, warehouse, finance, and suppliers to source parts, resolve discrepancies, manage returns and backorders, and address urgent requests Monitor quotations, orders, and delivery commitments while proactively communicating updates and maintaining knowledge of company products, equipment configurations, and electrical and mechanical components Required Skills & Experience: High school diploma or GED Strong customer service skills and background Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm Experience with SAP or a related software Disclaimer: By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
