Job Details Prepare Individual Tax Returns: Prepare accurate individual income tax returns while ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Build Client Relationships: Work directly with clients to gather financial information, answer questions, and deliver responsive, high-quality service. Support Tax Planning: Coordinate tax preparation and planning involving S corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and trusts. Manage Deadlines & Priorities: Oversee multiple client engagements, maintain organized records, and meet filing deadlines, including during the busy tax season. Collaborate & Grow: Partner with colleagues to deliver comprehensive tax solutions while continuing to develop your technical knowledge and client service skills. Qualifications 0-8 years of public accounting experience, ideally with individual tax preparation. Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification preferred, but not required. Willingness to work additional hours during tax season.
