BBA Workforce, LLC, a Dallas-based service-disabled veteran-owned staffing firm, is building a pool of detention and protective-services professionals for upcoming federal contract assignments at facilities across Texas.
Roles we are collecting candidates for:
- Detention Officer / Corrections Officer
- Security Officer / Guard (commissioned preferred)
- Transport / Shuttle Driver
Requirements:
- Relevant Texas license preferred (e.g., county jailer license, commissioned guard Level III/IV; CDL a plus for transport roles)
- Able to pass a federal background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Veterans strongly encouraged to apply
Pay: competitive hourly roughly $20 $28/hr depending on role and assignment.
