- 75% Precepting, 10% Lectures, and 15% Administrative

- Fac 1: 1 DO, 1 NP
- Fac 2: 3 NPs, MAs, Office Assistant & Manager
- Fac 3: 1 program director, 3 core physician faculty
- 1 faculty psychologist, 1 director of GME
- 1 clinical supervisor, 2 medical education assistants
- And 12 clinical staff

Requirements: Active IN License or IMLC
BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
Must maintain BLS/ACLS
