We are seeking an experienced OnBase Technical Lead to serve as the principal technical authority and functional architect for enterprise OnBase applications. This role leads the application development team, driving hands-on design, configuration, coding, and optimization of complex solutions, with an emphasis on OnBase WorkView and Workflow architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development team in designing, coding, testing, and deploying enhancements to existing enterprise OnBase applications.
Serve as a functional architect and subject matter expert, translating complex business requirements into scalable, efficient technical designs.
Configure, build, and optimize OnBase WorkView applications and Workflow processes to align with organizational objectives.
Direct interface, process, and workflow deployment strategies across system environments.
Oversee end-to-end SDLC activities, including requirements gathering, architecture reviews, code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents, risks, and defects.
Estimate development timelines, manage milestones, and provide clear technical status updates to leadership.
Mentor team members and deliver technical guidance on OnBase development tools and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical discipline/experience.
Proven track record leading technical development teams and architecting enterprise-scale OnBase implementations.
Expert-level hands-on experience developing, configuring, and optimizing OnBase WorkView and Workflow.
Strong working knowledge of OnBase system administration, configuration, and the Unity Client.
Experience integrating OnBase with external systems and planning interface deployment strategies.
Solid background in end-to-end SDLC, unit testing, and debugging.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Official OnBase WorkView and/or Workflow certifications.
Screening Requirements
Successful completion of a standard state-issued or government-issued background check prior to onboarding.
