Its work includes ground-up convenience stores and travel centers, operating-store renovations, forecourt expansions, and underground and aboveground fuel storage systems. With a substantial backlog and plans for continued growth, this company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee multiple field crews and projects. This roving leadership position will support foremen, coordinate field activities, and maintain safe, efficient operations across the region. Why join us? Job Details Construction superintendent experience overseeing commercial, convenience store, travel center, or petroleum-related projects. Experience supervising multiple crews, foremen, subcontractors, or concurrent construction projects. Knowledge of site development, underground utilities, tank installation, fueling infrastructure, and associated construction sequencing. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Experience coordinating inspections, material deliveries, equipment, and field resources. Experience enforcing jobsite safety standards and quality requirements. Ability to identify field issues, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain project progress. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to support foremen and hold crews accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
