Position: Divisional Merchandise Manager Intimates Job Site: 5000 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA (Philadelphia County) Rate of Pay: $235,000 - $258,500 / year Job Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of buyers, purchasing officers, and related workers involved in purchasing materials, products, and services. Includes wholesale or retail trade merchandising managers and procurement managers. Oversee all buying responsibilities for Intimates department. Manage and lead a team of buyers and assistant buyers. Responsible for assortment and sales for ecommerce, stores, and wholesale. Requires 25% domestic travel. Telecommuting is permitted. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Art/Creative, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered, as a buyer, merchandiser, or in a related occupation. In the alternative, in lieu of a Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience, will accept 7 years of experience in the job offered, as a buyer, merchandiser, or in a related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable. Special Requirements: Position requires some experience with the following skills: 1) Knowledge of retail math and financial sales. 2) Learned techniques and education that assist in keep on top of fashion trends. 3) Experience and proven track record as a buyer specifically for retail and online commerce. 4) Experience in leadership and/or management.
