Lead FPGA Design Engineer

The FPGA Design Engineer will design, develop, verify, and integrate FPGA-based digital systems for electronic warfare (EW) and wireless communications applications. The role involves the full hardware design lifecycle, including requirements analysis, RTL development, simulation, synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, verification, system integration, and laboratory testing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in VHDL or Verilog, digital signal processing (DSP), modem algorithms, and FPGA implementation, with the ability to support complex engineering projects and lead small technical teams.
