We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot molding issues, and maintain consistent production quality.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and adjust injection molding machines.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
Adjust molding parameters, including temperature, pressure, and cycle time.
Identify and correct molding defects and quality issues.
Perform mold changes, machine startups, and production changeovers.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
Support process improvements, scrap reduction, and workplace safety.
Requirements
8+ years of hands-on injection molding experience.
Strong knowledge of machine setup, process adjustments, and troubleshooting.
Ability to identify molding defects and maintain product quality.
Strong mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a manufacturing or plastics processing environment.
