1. Work under the direct supervision of the Manager and report to the Manager on a daily basis.
2. Leverage market data from multiple sources to support business teams in defining actions (i.e. OTC trading data, crypto currency price changes, market fluctuation).
3. Provide and interpret monthly customer data dashboards and findings to identify industry specifications to ensure optimal position in the marketplace.
4. Gather and analyze data regarding web traffic, customer satisfaction, marketing campaigns and other activities to identify new business opportunities.
5. Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data; Generate and prepare monthly marketplace marketing campaigns and communication reports relating to crypto currency trading.
