Senior ServiceNow Developer / Administrator (ITSM / ITOM)
Pay rate: $72 $80/hr on W2
Location: On-Site (Evendale / Cincinnati, OH 5 Days On-Site)
Duration: 12 Months
Engagement: W2 contract
Work authorization: USC, GC only (Defense/Aerospace Site Clearance)
Client: Aerospace and defense manufacturer (name confidential until shortlisting - standard US staffing practice)
What you will do:
- Customize and automate IT Service Management and secure Service Catalog workflows on physical campus.
- Configure Discovery schedules, Service Mapping, and maintain the on-prem CMDB integrity.
- Work directly with internal plant IT leads to troubleshoot localized network and server discovery.
What you will bring:
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Deep experience in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Hands-on implementation of Service Portal widgets, IntegrationHub, and on-prem enterprise tool integrations.
